Our exclusive Strength Camp group sessions (4–6 people) focus on building strength, enhancing mobility, and supporting long-term health. We use scientifically proven training methods, including progressive overload, to help you safely and effectively build strength over time. Our approach is structured, measurable, and adaptable—ensuring you get stronger while minimizing the risk of injury or burnout.
We offer sustainable, enjoyable fitness that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, helping you feel better, move better, and live better. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost your energy, or feel more confident in your body, Strength Camp provides a welcoming environment—whatever your level—where you can progress at your own pace.
Along the way, you’ll also learn the “WHY” behind the training. As a Strength Camp member, you’ll receive monthly educational videos that explain key training principles, empowering you with the knowledge to train smarter, stay consistent, and make lasting progress.

When does Strength Camp take place? How does membership work?
Each monthly Strength Camp membership entitles you to 4 sessions during that month. Your membership begins on the day you sign up and continues on a rolling, recurring monthly basis.

Sessions are held at our award-winning private studio, with small groups of 4–6 people, on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm. Coming in August is our brand new Strength Camp every Thursday at 7:15pm
