Covid-19 policy at Train MBS

We commit to the wellbeing of our team and members and if they show/have any signs of COVID-19, they will be sent home in accordance with UK Government regulations. 

It is wholly the responsibility of each individual team member or client to take all possible reasonable personal precautions when taking part in physical activity. 

We will comply with any health designation documentation that the UK Government implements, and we require all students and clients to agree to all Covid-19 Health and Safety measures as a mandatory part of their visit to Train MBS.

Posters will be on display informing staff, students and clients of social distancing and cleanliness/hygiene protocols throughout the centres.  

All staff will be required to wear PPE on arrival, in-centre and departing the building. Clients are not expected to wear PPE whilst in a session unless required by UK Government guidelines. If clients wish to wear PPE, that would be their own personal choice.  

We will ensure that social distancing is adhered to throughout the centres at all times by staff, students and clients. 

We require all clients to confirm that  neither they, nor  anyone they have been  in close proximity to,  have had any symptoms related to or associated with Covid-19 within the 14 days preceding their visit to Train MBS.  

We require all clients/coaches that if they have visited our studio for any reason and they then show any symptoms relating to  or associated with Covid-19 after their visit, they will contact us immediately.  Necessary protocols will be actioned if there is any reasonable possibility that a staff member, student or client has attended Train MBS and after visiting is showing any symptoms of Covid-19. 

Cleaning 

If there is a COVID-19 case in the facility, we will follow the UK Government guidelines “COVID-19 – Cleaning in non-healthcare settings” while cleaning all areas of the facility.  

Staff will carry out regular cleaning of high-contact touch points throughout the premises every day. 

We have ensured necessary processes are in place to make sure social distancing is adhered to at all times for all coaches and clients, with 2m spacing marked on the floor and if necessary outside the entrance. 

 Changing Room

We will be providing an area to change and store belongings with as few touch points as possible. 

 Studio 

We ask that all coaches and clients follow the social distancing guidelines (2m) at all times. We have changed our studio layout to allow for appropriate space between each training session. There will be clear signage in the form of posters and a system will be in place to manage the flow of clients entering and leaving the facility. Training session numbers will also be drastically reduced in capacity to accommodate social distancing.

There will be a minimum 15-minute window in between sessions for thorough cleaning and sanitisation. Therefore, clients must leave the studio as soon as their session has finished.

Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. We will not be accepting walk-ins. Please make sure to cancel your booking if you cannot make it in as we are running with limited numbers.
