Small Group Personal Training at Train MBS is an engaging group fitness experience, that will teach you how to safely and effectively perform resistance training. We offer a mix of women’s, men’s and mixed groups.

WHERE DOES GROUP TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

Our group personal training sessions take place at our award winning private studio. Consisting of four to six people, the 45 minute sessions are held on a variety of days and times throughout each week.

CAN I COME ALONG TO TRY A SESSION?

Absolutely! If you’d like to attend for a one-off session you are more than welcome to join us to see if small group PT is a good fit for you before committingto a membership. WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING MY GROUP SESSIONS?

At your weekly group sessions, we will focus on developing your technique, strength and knowledge when it comes to important and fundamental resistance training exercises. You can expect to receive individualised advice and guidance (despite being in a group) that will teach you how to safely and effectively perform exercises such as: deadlifts, squats, pressing and rowing movements and many more.

You will be given access to a private group chat with other members of your specific group, as well as your coaches. This is a great opportunity for you to discuss training programs, share ideas and learn about nutrition

How does membership work

We currently offer two membership levels. 4 sessions and 8 sessions per month. Your membership begins on the day you sign up, and continues on a rolling, recurring monthly basis. There is no contract and you can cancel your membership at any point. There are no refunds for any unused sessions. See our full terms for more detail.
