“Exercise is always something I have felt self conscious about, despite really enjoying it. Since starting with Jonathan I have done exercises I never thought I was capable of and never leave sessions feeling defeated or disappointed. I always leave feeling motivated and stronger. I also value the calm and encouraging vibes from my trainer.

Each week I  commit to a new goal which is realistic and manageable and agreed between me and my trainer, I always feel comfortable coming back and being honest about the weeks and reflecting on what I did well or could do differently.
