Where were you before starting coaching?

A lack of keeping on track / motivated. A tendency to get side tracked on to daft programmes or fad diets.

Why did you choose to work with your trainer?

I knew Johnathan from martial arts training before he was a trainer and always admired his dedication and passion, as well as his easy going and friendly personality. When I found out he had opened Train MBS, I knew he was the sort of person that could help me.

What have you achieved so far working with your trainer?

I've learned a lot about various methods of training with an ongoing focus on ensuring good technique. I've also learned a lot about keeping my mind focused on achievable and sustainable approaches to health and fitness.

Why should someone work with Train MBS? What makes Train different from your perspective?

The culture at Train is fun and friendly, and the breadth and depth of proper health and fitness knowledge and experience is incredible.

If someone is on the fence / nervous / or has fears about starting PT - Why should they take the leap?

PT can be daunting for people, just as going to the gym can be. However, at Train you are made to feel very welcome. The sessions are designed to target the goals that you want to achieve, in a way that you are comfortable with.
